Our delivery partners cover Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the European Union (EU), and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We will expand into more countries in the next six months.

Royal Mail Domestiic - UK & Northern Ireland

We use Royal Mail for all UK based orders. All orders placed through the ARRAH OUD website are carefully packaged by our dispatch team and can be delivered to locations in mainland UK and Northern Ireland only (excluding Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, and British Overseas Territories. We are unable to make deliveries to PO Boxes or to companies offering international forwarding services.

ARRAH OUD offers the following delivery options across the UK:

  • Royal Mail Second Class Standard Delivery* within 2-4 days (complimentary for orders over £50, unless otherwise stated). Please note for TR21 postcodes (Isles of Scilly) the current lead time is 7-10 working days.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£150 protection included) Est. Delivery 1-2 Days. Starting from £5.15 inc VAT
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£150 protection included) Est. Delivery 2-3 Days. Starting from £4.05 inc VAT
Evri Europe - All EU Countries

Evri Europe Economy via PO (Post Office)

  • Delivery within 4 - 6 working days
  • Drop Off Service
  • Fully Tracked Service
  • Max Weight Per Shipment is 15 kg
  • £50 protection included

    Collection of the parcel from the Post Office branch usually occurs within 1 working day. Whilst every effort will be made to do this, collection and delivery times cannot be absolutely guaranteed.

    Parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark, Norway or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient’s closest Parcel shop. Please make your recipient aware of this and that the consignment can be tracked (upon the parcel/s arriving at the local Parcel Office):

Using the Parcel ID number located under the barcode on the label (e.g. 91122334455SE).

Please be advised that the consignment(s) will only be held at the Parcel Office for a limited amount of time (usually 5 or 10 working days), before being returned to sender, so please also make your recipient aware of this.

Royal Mail International - All EU Countries

Royal Mail International Tracked services offer a secure and reliable way for sending post abroad with confirmation your item's been delivered.

  • This service aims to deliver to Europe in 3–5 working days, and worldwide in 5–7 working days.
  • This service offers full end to end tracking with delivery confirmation, so you’ll know when your item has arrived at its destination.

Maximum of 2 kg permissible per online order.

Emirates Post - All UAE (Emirates/Cities)

For all UAE we use Emirates Post followings services:

Standard

Delivered to the receivers PO Box within 3 working days.

Express

Delivery by the end of the next business day with end-to-end tracking.

1. Where do you currently ship to?

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland UK & Northern Ireland (Royal Mail Domestic)
  • All European Union (EU) countries (Evri Europe & Royal Mail International)
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) (Emirates Post)

We’re expanding to more countries soon—stay tuned!

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • UK & Northern Ireland: 2–5 working days (Royal Mail)
  • EU Countries: 5–10 working days (Evri Europe / Royal Mail International)
  • UAE: 7–14 working days (Emirates Post)

Note: Delays can happen due to customs, holidays, or high demand.

3. My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?

First, check your tracking link (sent via email). If it’s been longer than expected:

  • UK/EU orders: Contact Royal Mail or Evri Europe directly with your tracking number.
  • UAE orders: Check with Emirates Post.

If the courier can’t help, email us at support@arrahoud.store with your order number, and we’ll investigate.

4. My package arrived damaged. What now?

Oh no! Here’s what to do:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package & items.
  2. Keep all packaging (couriers may need to inspect it).
  3. Email support@arrahoud.store within 48 hours with:

We’ll sort out a replacement or refund ASAP.

5. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Only if your order hasn’t been processed yet! Email us immediately at support@arrahoud.store with:

  • Your order number.
  • The correct address.

Once shipped, we can’t redirect packages—so double-check at checkout!

6. Why is my EU/UAE order stuck in customs?

Sometimes customs checks cause delays. You might need to:

  • Pay import fees (depending on your country’s rules).
  • Provide extra info (if the courier contacts you).

Check your tracking for updates, and if it’s stuck for more than 10 days, email us.

7. I got a “delivered” notification, but my order isn’t here.

First:

  • Check safe places (porch, neighbours, building reception).
  • Ask housemates/family if they accepted it.

If it’s truly missing, email support@arrahoud.store—we’ll check with the courier and help resolve it.

8. Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! We offer faster delivery options:

Royal Mail (UK & EU):

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next working day)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 working days)
  • Royal Mail International Tracked (3–5 working days to EU)

Emirates Post (UAE):

  • Express Next Business Day delivery
