Return & Refund Policy
At ARRAH, we strive to ensure every order is processed accurately. However, if an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it promptly and fairly. Read the guidelines below before you complete the returns form.
Eligibility & Exceptions
We accept returns under specific conditions to ensure fairness for all customers:
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive the wrong product or an item arrives damaged (e.g., broken seal, leakage), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Unopened & Resalable Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- 30-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
To maintain quality standards, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or tested products (including sampled items).
- Promotional, discounted, or final-sale items.
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Complete Return Form: Fill out the form below with your order number, reason for return, and additional information. Once we receive your form we will request supporting evidence (if applicable) by email.
- Await Approval: Our team will review your request and provide a return address (UK or Dubai warehouse, based on your order’s origin).
- Ship Securely: Return the item with proof of postage. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be dispatched once the returned product is verified. Delays may occur if the requested item is out of stock.
- Shipping Fees: Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Fraud Prevention: Refunds may be denied if returned items show signs of use, alteration, or damage not present at delivery.
- Pre-Purchase Guidance: We recommend reviewing product details thoroughly and ordering a sample size if uncertain about a fragrance or formulation.
ARRAH cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
Used or Opened Products:
- Any item that has been unsealed, tested, or used (even minimally)
- Products with broken safety seals or compromised packaging
Final Sale Items:
- All promotional, discounted, or clearance products
- "Final sale" items explicitly marked as non-returnable
Customer-Caused Issues:
- Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or accidents
- Products altered from their original condition
Time Limit Exceeded:
- Requests submitted after 30 days from purchase date
Incomplete Returns:
- Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Missing proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
